Description

Murder Mystery: Who Killed Bette and Ruth?

A real-life murder took place in St. Augustine in 1944. A man simply known as Mr. X killed two unrelated women. Your students will piece together evidence and figure out who killed Bette and Ruth and why. This is an unsolved murder, but I made it possible for students to solve. This murder happened in what is now the Ripley's Museum in St. Augustine. It began as a home for a wealthy family and then turned into a hotel where Bette and Ruth lost their lives.

1. Escape the classroom activities are very engaging and fun. Students will read about the murder as they complete puzzles. There is a digital lock students will put answers into. Your students are going to be engaged and have fun while completing this activity.

Please note: This is NOT a digital activity
