The Crabby Doc
Hello, my name is Lynda Harmon and I am in my 8th year of teaching secondary science. I have taught a range of STEM courses, including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Technology, Environmental Science, and AP Chemistry. Prior to becoming a teacher, I was a research scientist studying the growth and progression of various cancers. I hold a B.A. in Biology, an M.S. in Education, and a Ph.D. in Physiology and Biophysics. My goal is for every student that I have the joy to teach to discover the beauty and complexity of science. I focus not only on learning and memorization of the content, but also teaching students to think and reason as a scientist would.
