Economical Democracy
Before teaching, I was a lawyer for 6 years. Then I taught high school government and economics for 10 years. As a teacher, I primarily used simulations and projects rather than a textbook. I like hands-on, interactive materials that are challenging and engaging. I prefer to see students take charge of their own learning, so my materials are open-ended and require thought and creativity. They also allow students with different skills and learning styles to flourish.
