Human Environment Interaction

This 60 minute lesson plan is geared towards high school students in World History or Geography.

The focus of the lesson is to help students understand how humans are impacted by their environment and how they influence the environment with their actions. This lessons provides teachers with loads of content that includes warm-up activities, class activity, project ideas, and handouts.

Some of the questions include -How would you describe Human environment interaction in your own words? -How is human environment interaction related to the five themes of geography? Explain what make it so important. The main activity of the lesson asks students to apply human environment interaction to their lives.
