I have been teaching for over 40 years in a variety of roles from classroom teacher k-6, multi grade classes, small schools....big schools, city school, rural schools, TESOL, Reading Recovery and years of casual relief teaching. My teaching niche is helping relief/substitute teachers in their role which can be a very challenging one at times.
