Description
Students explore concepts of SUSTAINABILITY and POLLUTION through a multi leveled high interest approach. A combination of a video, visuals, Dr. Suess reading, and carbon foot print calculation opens the paths of communication. The lesson has a lot of depth.
A high interest, fun, interesting experience for students ranging from 6th-12th grade. Use as either an introduction or a review of the concept.
The experience has built in ENL and special education modifications to allow all learners access to the curriculum (developed with a co-teacher). The experience has been tested and implemented with well over 100 students to ensure quality.
