It should be noted that I designed this reading for my World History class. While this certainly can be used for United States History, I wanted a more global reading for World History.

I know how frustrating it can be for students when they receive large amounts of text to read, so I intentionally made this a one page reading! Whether you assign this as homework or do it together as a class, this is an excellent supplement to use in your class.
