Description

Empress Wu Document Based Question - Google Drive - Print & Digital

Empress Wu is the only female to have ever ruled in her own name in China. Hailing from the Tang dynasty, Empress Wu made some great positive strives for the Tang dynasty, but also got caught up in scandals - a couple even involving murder! In this activity, students will learn about Empress Wu and then evaluate how Empress Wu legitimized her role as Empress in China.
