Description
To introduce a unit on the Roaring 20s, students will match 1920s slang words/phrases to their modern equivalents. They will then complete 10 fill in the blank statements using the slang terms, and lastly will complete a third task (3 options provided) using 10 other 1920s terms/phrases from the matching part of the activity. Two examples are: jalopy--old car and dogs--feet. The answers are included and this could work for a sub!
