Description
? The Show Must Go On — and this unit makes sure it does.
The Broadway Musical Research & Playbill Project is a complete, multi-week unit that takes students from their very first introduction to Broadway all the way through a full class Broadway Showcase Day. Students choose a musical, research the creators and story, analyze characters and songs, design a professional-style Playbill, and present their work to the class — complete with student ballots and three awards.
This is the kind of unit students talk about for the rest of the year.
Designed by a National Board Certified Music Educator with 22 years of classroom experience teaching general music, band, strings, and chorus PK-6.
