Scientific Notation - Multiplying and Dividing

Once students know how to write numbers in correct scientific notation, they can move on to multiplying and dividing these numbers. Students practice multiplying the mantissa, and multiplying the powers by adding the exponents. They also get practice dividing the mantissa and dividing the powers by subtracting the exponents. The answer is not complete until the answer is changed back to scientific notation. Teacher Key and instructions included.
