“Assassination of the Archduke Franz Ferdinand- World War I Begins” was made for High School Juniors and Seniors, and was used in college prep and general level classes. This could easily be edited /modified for 10th and 9th grade classes as well as middle school. The first few slides are setting up the geography of Europe in 1914, as well as the various ethnic races( especially in Austria Hungary) The rest tells the story of the Archdukes visit to Bosnia on June 28th 1914. Also the results of the assassination on Europe, and the crazy mess it created.
