Teaching students how to analyze art for form, function, content, and context is one of the year's most crucial (and daunting) lessons. I designed this step-by-step guide to get students thinking about art before learning and applying these skills in a guided environment. After all, what they learn in this lesson will set the foundation and tone for the year.

This resource comes as a Google Drive resource. When you download this resource, you will see the terms of use and printing notes. On the printing notes page, you will have a link to the Google Drive folder. You will need to make a copy of the material if you would like to edit it.
