Macbeth Unit

Students are introduced to Macbeth and Shakespeare, asked to read and analyze the story using evidence, given frequent literary analysis assessment activities throughout reading, provided vocabulary study activities, and asked to summatively tie it all together in a synthesis essay on the themes of Macbeth. All materials to guide students through activities and learning via powerpoint as well as handouts and readings are included in both editable and PDF formats. This unit should take a few weeks of class time, depending on pacing. Units come in a zip file that will need to be extracted after download. All computers come with extraction programs.
