Meet the Teacher / Open House PACKET

I designed this with elementary students in mind, but some of these might apply to younger and older ages. 

These are printable *but not editable*. Anyone who buys this can email me if you want modifications made, and I'll see what I can do!

What's Included are certain forms you'll give to individual families, and some are tracking forms for your use.

For handing out to families (presumably at Meet the Teacher / Open House events):

• meet the student form (3 pages) - how they learn, demographics, etc.
• meet the family (1 page) - siblings, pets, etc.
• meet the parent(s) (1 page) - contact, involvement, at-home activities, etc.

For your own tracking purposes (or for a sub):

• transportation form (4 pages) - to track drop-off/pick-up
• class birthdays (1 page) - for those that celebrate and for you to acknowledge
• volunteer form (1 page) - to put out for families but keep in the classroom
