A mindfulness activity that helps toddlers and young children learn to self-regulate and calm. These cards can be traced with a finger, modeled for the class as you breath together, or laminated and traced with a dry erase marker. They are also great for children to learn shape recognition and following simple directions. Great for early intervention occupational therapy - place these in a calm down corner or use at home before sleep.
