Need a clever way to get your students to discuss and review world history concepts for 45 minutes straight? This review activity asks students to become various historical terms/themes/concepts and try to become the class "Playha" through a SPEED DATING activity.
Included in this lesson, created by Lori (Curriculum) Sheets, are teacher's guide (virtually teachers just need to print and monitor! Student directions and that's it!), Dating guide, prep sheet and a final discussion form are all included. The idea is that students will participate in a speed dating exercise where they will meet various dates usually 10 dates of 4 minutes each and work on building connections and relationships between the major historical themes that are tested.
