Description

Students will read 12 quotes about the Renaissance, answer 18 questions, complete a creative task, and analyze up to 12 images. This would be great for a sub and the answers are included where appropriate.

Sample questions include:
--Identify the conclusions Copernicus was referring to. What was the opposite belief?
--Explain how Vesalius differed from those who came before and whether he represents the “Renaissance rebirth” or something revolutionary and why.
--Where did Brinsley see the most value in society and why?
--Explain the meaning of the phrase “passably learned.”
--Does Luther support or contradict Mirandola’s excerpt, and how?
--Why would Vergerious hold virtue higher than education?
