Students will review, or learn about, any ancient civilization by creating a collage touching on 15 aspects of the civilization using a combination of images and words. They will also complete a four part academic component on the back of the collage and answer 4 questions. A points distribution is included.
Sample questions include:
--Why do some civilizations rise or fall faster than others? At what point can you say a large group of people is “civilized,” or that a civilization has reached the point of being called a civilization?
--What was your civilization’s highest and lowest point? Was it a successful civilization? Why or why not?
