Checklists have become an important part of life to complete every day, essential tasks. Checklists can also work within a classroom setting. To help students prepare for an upcoming unit, these checklists were created to assist them with knowing what to expect to learn as the teacher teaches the unit. As they learn the historical person, place, event, or vocabulary word with fidelity, they can check it off the list. With many school districts encouraging educators to find more ways for student accountability, these checklists are definitely a way for students to feel comfortable knowing what they should be learning and for teachers to have access in what their students have learned before formal assessments occur.

The checklist can also double as a bookmark for students to use in reading for school or outside of school for pleasure. Three checklists/bookmarks are included on one sheet of paper of this purchase.

Instructions as to to how to print to use are included with the purchase. The measurements for the bookmarks are 5.5 x 2.5.
