Coping Skills Poster Set (Perfect for the Trauma-Informed School Counselor!)

This is a 5 poster (6 posters counting the “title page") set of coping skills for the counseling office. It is monochromatic and would be cute on standard white paper or fun on neon colored paper, as well. I think it’s a fun reminder for kids who say they have tried everything for their anxiety and also gives a nice visual reminder of various coping skills.
