Daily Behavior Report Template

This is a template for communicating with parents on student behavior.

I use different color cards in my classroom with each student starting the day on green.

This worked really well to communicate with parents, and you can use it as a something the student has to fill out for accountability or you can use it as something that you fill out yourself.
