Description

Here is a wonderful ELA activity to not only get your learners back into the swing of learning, but also get them up and moving. Designed to meet ELA standards, this set of 20, school-themed task cards are a great way for your grade 4 for grade 5 learners to brush up on their grammar and language skills. Scenarios included in each task card are relatable, making this product engaging for most learners. Questions are written in different formats, encouraging learners to think and respond in a variety of ways. Some concepts presented in this activity include sentence structure, punctuation, spelling, parts of speech, and abbreviations. These task cards are versatile in that you can use them indoors or outdoors. They can also be used with individuals, small groups, or large groups. Very little prep work is involved and, if laminated, the cards can be used year after year. In addition to the task cards, an answer recording page is included. Two recording sheets are found on the page. This reduces the number of copies or amount of ink used for printing. All pages of the product are available in a color version and a black & white version. An answer key is also included. PLEASE NOTE: the color version and black & white version are IDENTICAL.
