Great Depression- "Surviving the Depression" Group Activity (Super Engaging!)

‘Surviving the Great Depression’ is by far the most engaging activity you will use in tandem with any unit on the Great Depression! Students will become active learners within a fictional family, choosing careers, picking places to live, deciding on food and clothing they can afford, all within a defined budget. Students are also given some surprises along the way… they will be eagerly anticipating this unit-long activity everyday! Much of this resource is also editable.
