Description

Winter Math Mystery - Join the Elves Team - Crack the Code - a fun activity to practice Evaluating & Simplifying Algebraic Expressions (Distributive Property, Combining Like Terms), Solving One-Step and Two-Step Equations.

This Adventure Math Escape Room is EDITABLE in Google Slides™ or PowerPoint™.

Help the Santa and join the Elves Team.

There is an interactive Escape Room in Google Slides. It works only in a "present" mode, not in an "edit" mode.

One elf is sick. Santa needs your help.

You must use your Math and logical Thinking Skills if you wish to join the elves team!

There are 12tasks.

This is a self-checking activity. The recording sheet in Google Sheet™/Excel™ is included. If the answer is incorrect, it will turn red.

In the last room, you have to enter the correct elf’s name to join Santa’s team.

Look at the preview to check how it works.

Look at my short free version to check how it works.

**You can download the file from Google Slides as a pptx file (File - Download - Microsoft PowerPoint).

The answer key and the instructions on how to change the riddles are included.

You can make your copy.

You can change the riddles and share your copy with your students.

You could use this for math and all other subjects - create your own questions and answer key in a few minutes.

**Please be sure that your IT does not block Google Links that have a shared setting of “anyone with a link” if you plan to use this resource. If they do, they probably have a way of unblocking it.

**You and your students will need access to Google and a Google account in order to use this resource.

*If students do not have their own Google accounts, you can download the file from Google Slides as a ppt file and then share it or you can project it on your screen and play together.
