Power Words! Vocabulary Building Flashcards and Word Wall Set 11

Thank you for your consideration of the “Power Words! Vocabulary Flashcards Set 11”! We are confident that you will be extremely pleased with these review cards for your student scholars to use! Students love to challenge one another to contests using vocabulary flashcards to see who can identify the most words!

We recommend that you print these cards on 6 sheets of card stock, which you can then cut apart and laminate for a strong, long lasting, resource. When you print double sided from the templates, four key words, along with sample sentences using each word as examples, will be on the front of the sheet, and the parts of speech and definitions will appear on the reverse side aligned with the correct word.

In addition, you will find that all of the words on sheets 1 contains adjectives; all of the words on sheets 2 and 3 are adverbs; those on sheet 4 and 5 are nouns; and those on sheets 6 are verbs. Our reasoning for this is to make it easier for you if you would like to color code your word walls by using a different color card stock for each part of speech (blue – noun, green – verb, yellow – adverb, orange – adjective?). Just an idea!
