Race to a Dollar Math Game
Description
Two players will roll a single six-sided die.
Depending on what they roll on the dice will determine what coin they roll for that turn.
If they roll a 1, they will get a penny.
If they roll a 2 or 3 they will get a nickel.
If they roll a 4 or 5, they will get a dime.
If they roll a 6, they will get quarter.
As they roll, they will get a running count. They will write the value of the coin above the coin, and the running total under the coin on their whiteboard.
The first player to reach $1 wins.
