Description
A fun activity that keeps students moving while determining which given values make an equation TRUE. A set of notes/guided practice is also included with the activity. The goal of this activity is for students to know that they can take a number (possible solution) and plug it in for "x" to see if it makes an equation true. (Also, a great way to check work.) It is okay if students figure out that they can just solve the equation to find the solution. Either way is GREAT. I would let them figure it out and do what works best for them.
