State Research Project Graphic Organizers

Geography students will choose one of 5 templates to complete a United States state research project. There are 18 requirements for the first part of the project (such as state flag, motto, nickname, industries, national monument or park, climate, etc). They will then choose 2 of 5 extension tasks to show a deeper understanding of the state they chose or were assigned (such as song lyrics, state fair, tourism brochure, and more). They will use a combination of words and images to complete this project. This would be great for a sub if your students have access to research materials!
