ABOUT ASCENT HOUSE
Ascent House was founded by Russell Eves, an educator and curriculum specialist with more than three decades of experience serving students, supporting teachers, developing curriculum, and designing instructional resources.
That experience has reinforced a simple conviction: strong educational resources should do more than provide students with something to complete. They should help students understand important concepts, support purposeful instruction, and give teachers practical tools they can use with confidence.

ABOUT THE EDUCATOR
Russell Eves has more than three decades of experience in education as a classroom teacher, instructional leader, and curriculum specialist. His work has included mathematics, history and social studies, curriculum development, assessment, professional learning, and instructional resource design.
That combination of classroom experience and curriculum work shapes the Ascent House approach: resources should be academically sound, understandable to students, practical for teachers, and ready for real classroom use.
