Creating an ABC Book of Asia Geography Lesson Assessment or Activity

For teachers who like to challenge their students and allow for fun, creativity and group collaboration. This is an assignment that can be used throughout the study of Asia (or modified to fit another topic) in geography, world history, and other social studies classes. I have used this in my class for 7 years and it has been a very successful learning tool. I have modified the assignment to fit various topics. Students and parents love this assignment because it is fun and reflects what students have learned. Students are proud of their work when they finish. It may be modified to fit the needs of all students. The idea of the lesson can be changed to fit studies within other core subjects, such as science. This is a supplemental activity that will enhance students learning within the unit study. The teacher-ready supplimental activities included in this lesson are focused on an Asia Unit.
