Math Builder 6: Daily Math Activities to Build and Embed Skills in Place Value

Welcome to Maths Builder "Place Value". This resource is a series of PowerPoint slides designed to be used each day as a warm up activity to revise, embed and extend skills and concepts within maths.

This particular element of "Place Value" focuses on how children can use and develop their knowledge of place value to solve a growing complexity of problems. The slides within this pack support the children in practicing x and dividing any number by 10, 100 and 1000, using their knowledge of presentation to be order to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers of a range of values, including decimals, accurately - with handy hints provided on some slides to support the child and signify to the teacher that a comment to guide would be useful.
