This series of 20 visualizing and verbalizing activities is designed to help students break the reading language process apart and practice reading for meaning. This product, STEP 3: Single Sentence Imagery is the third in a four step series of the Verbalizing Picture and Visualizing Text Reading/Language Comprehension Intervention System. However, each step in the series can be used as a standalone set of activities.

The sentence and is read out loud by the student. The student uses the words in the sentence to make an image in their head.
