What types of government are there? I have always struggled to find resources for teaching my students about political and economic ideologies. This editable presentation with scaffolded guided notes helps give students the background information that is essential for them to be able to understand the structures and functions of different forms of government and the ways power can be distributed. An understanding of political beliefs is also necessary to understand domestic and foreign public policy and the resulting national or international issues. As a result, I developed this resource to help clarify ideologies for my students.
