Want a Date? - Dates in US History Game

“Want a Date?” is an effective drill and review powerpoint that covers the U.S. History STAAR EOC tested dates and the events associated with each date. Associating dates with events help students to make connections, eliminate incorrect answer choices, and increase their chances of making a correct choice on the EOC state exam.  Although these powerpoints are useful for students at all ability levels, they are especially effective for students with special learning needs, in particular Special Education and English Language Learners.  In addition to using these power points as an oral review with the class, they can also be used as an oral drill review with a collaborative partner or small team, or printed out to use as flashcards.
