A word search about the famous American missionary named Lillian Trasher.

Lillian Trasher was born in 1887 and lived for 74 years. As a young woman, she had high hopes of becoming an illustrator and reporter but when those plans were thwarted, she quickly turned to God to see what else He may have planned for her life.

A few year later, she went to Egypt and after a series of God ordained events, Lillian opened up an orphanage in Assiout, Egypt.

Lillian's faith was remarkable. She rarely knew where her next donation or where her next meal for all the children and widows in her care would come from but she never fretted. She turned to God in prayer and He always provided.

Lillian spent nearly 5 decades in Egypt, sharing the Gospel and helping almost 10,000 women and children. Her enormous faith helped raise many desperate children out of poverty. She became known as the Nile Mother, and when a reporter featured her in a magazine, he referred to Lillian Trasher as "The Greatest Wonder in Egypt."
