History Bell Ringer Templates and Prompts

Students can use these 6 templates to record their bell ringers, warm ups, do nows, or exit tickets in most Social Studies classes. The teacher information pages include 7 websites where topical information can be located (text based and short videos), 10 prompts for students to respond to, and 7 other bell ringer or exit tickets methods and ideas. The prompts are a mix of visual, written, creative, academic, and opinion based tasks and can apply to most history topics or "on this day in history" types of selections. Depending on your students and their access to the internet, this could work for a sub if they complete a full page as a review of the current topic.
