Description
This is a breakout activity. Other materials are required for this activity such as:
Locks, boxes, black light flashlights, red lens decoders.
Students will work together in groups to unlock a series of boxes. In order to unlock these boxes, they must use their knowledge of one step equations.
This assignment has the following skills practice:
1. Solving one-step inequalities
2. Graphing the solutions to one step inequalities
3. Writing and solving word-problems with one-step inequalities
