Textbook Record Sheet

This is a google sheets textbook record sheet. You can then print the google sheet to have a paper copy if you would prefer the paper version. The colored title is not editable, but everything else is. You create duplicate sheets to have one for multiple class periods. This textbook record sheet has columns for students first and last name so that you can sort the sheet. It also has columns for book number, the date the book was assigned, and a check box column for returned books.
