Description
This is the Posting into a General Ledger Unit that I typically use after the Recording Transactions in a General Journal Unit.
I use these materials over four- 45 minute class periods.
Day 1
- Show students the How to Post into a General Ledger slides.
- Complete Posting into a General Ledger Packet 1 with students.
- Have students complete Posting into a General Ledger Packet 2 individually.
Day 2
- Have students complete Posting into a General Ledger Packet 3 individually.
Day 3
- Have students complete Journalizing and Posting into a General Journal/Ledger Packet Quiz A individually and then go over it with the students for review.
Day 4
Have students complete Journalizing and Posting into a General Journal/Ledger Packet Quiz B for a quiz grade.
