Description
Get to know your students & impress parents by using FlipGridTM & Google SlidesTM in a lesson that can be for distance learning or traditional classroom! Synchronous or asynchronous! This is an ENGLISH language resource! (For Spanish, please click here)
Students create a basic introduction by completing a template in Google SlidesTM. Then, students record a brief video using a recording site such as FlipGridTM.
Teachers can then insert the FG QR Code on each students' Slide!
Print to give to parents, or "digitally print" by downloading and emailing individual slides to parents (if your Open House/Back to School Night ends up virtual!)
Parents can then scan the QR code and see/hear their student introducing themselves!

Middle/High Student Introductions First Week Activity
Great for back-to-school. Love that I can make sure from the get-go that I'm pronouncing student's names correctly. This will be perfect for distance learning when we go back in the fall.

In class or distance learning
What I liked the most is that I can use this resource in a traditional lesson or distance learning. It will be perfect for the first week. No matter what I'll be prepared. Thank you!
