Can be used as an educational tool to provide information on social emotional learning related to self-awareness and self-management to kids, teens, and young adults. Can motivate toward improving anger management by better understanding what is going on in their brains and body when we feel angry. In particular, can be used to encourage children and adolescents to better manage their anger to avoid long-term health problems. Provides some "What I Can Do When I Feel Angry" prevention tips to reduce cortisol and in turn calm our brain and body. Feel free to print it out and post it on your walls, pass it along to your kids. Use it to educate students about anger in your classroom, in your school counseling office, or with groups. Use it with clients if you are a therapist, counselor, psychologist, or social worker.
Can be used with all ages, but primarily focused on kids middle school, high school, and upper elementary school students.
