Soft skills are more important than ever! Communication skills, adaptability, and positive attitudes are all life skills that are in high demand in today's workforce.

This is "Capture the Nag," the ultimate game where complaining is the enemy, and positivity reigns supreme! In this classroom adventure, students embark on a quest to master the art of optimism.

Each participant takes one-three (teacher's choice) red flags and holds onto them during the game. Anytime someone hears a participant “nag” or complain, that person's red “nag flag” can be stolen. The person with the most red flags at the end of the game wins!

Ultimately, "Capture the Nag" isn't just a game. As students embrace challenges with a smile, they discover that the real victory lies in winning the game and becoming champions of positivity, resilience, and teamwork. Not only does it set up healthy mindset habits, but it also opens their eyes to how often they complain or choose negativity.

This game works best if paired with other assignments, especially ones that students love to complain about.
