Create the 28th Amendment Assignment High School American Government Project

Task/Objectiv

For this project, the students will act as members of Congress who have been chosen to lead a committee for the purpose of drafting the 28th amendment to the U.S. Constitution.  Their goal is to research, develop, and create a 28th amendment based on an issue they believe is not currently addressed by the Constitution. Finally, the students will present their proposal and attempt to convince their fellow Congress members to support their bill.
