Description
Impromptu Interviews is a mini unit about the art of interviewing where students analyze what happens in a good interview. In a culminating activity, students will participate in impromptu interviews. They will prepare for these as interviewers without knowing beforehand who they will interview. This will help to preserve the true nature of interviews, which are not rehearsed in advance. Interviewees, chosen at random, will play the role of the person being interviewed. A wide range of scenarios are provided which will serve as the basis for the interviews.
