This resource is a Google form and doc linked to an interactive gallery on the artifacts of west Africa's great kingdoms.
Students will analyze the interactive gallery of six artifacts. Students will answer the 8 reading comprehension questions on the form. Then, students will answer the 2 short answer questions on the doc. This activity has worked very well in pairs. This is an excellent enrichment activity.
Student will analyze the following artifacts:
- iron weapons
- Terra-cotta figurines
- bowls and pots
- ornate works of gold
- manuscripts
- textiles
This product is editable and the questions and answer options have been shuffled.
