Are you looking for an engaging way to teach students about the Levels of Government? This activity can be assigned to Google Classroom for students to learn about local, state, and federal governments. They will learn about the responsibilities of each level as well as the leader of each level of government. Students need little to no prior knowledge of the levels of government to complete the activities. Also provided in the activity are .gov links (two of them in the "notes" section) for students to click on to easily find the names of their local leader and their state leader. Activities include answering questions, completing a graphic organizer, and drag and drop sorting.
