Are you tired of using PowerPoints in your class daily but unsure how to mix things up? Look no further -- this digital activity has you covered! Students will participate in a lesson based on Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. Students will read articles about the Seated Boxer, Head of a Roman Patrician, and Augustus of Prima Porta and complete a digital activity in which they will pretend they are setting up a new exhibition going over these three artworks. Since Madame Tussauds Wax Museum focuses on interacting with the viewers, students will "interact" with each artwork by finding a modern-day equivalent. At the end, students will complete a practice short essay question focusing on Continuity and Change Over Time (CCOT). This lesson is the perfect way to teach about these three pieces of art from the 250 in a fun and engaging way.
