One-Step Equations with Algebra Tiles - Lesson

This digital lesson shows students how to use Algebra Tiles to solve one-step equations. The tiles are moved around the screen in order to add zero pairs, divide into equal groups, and divide an "x" algebra tile for division equations. This lesson can be modeled while students work on their own slides with you. The final slide gives students a chance to be creative by finding the correct tiles to model an equation and using those tiles to create their own design.
