After conducting research, students will create a multimedia digital timeline documenting 20 related events, 10 supporting images, and 3 relevant media files.
This project includes access to a Slavery Research Symbaloo Webmix of bookmarked websites! Students will have immediate and easy access to over 52 bookmarked websites, audio files, and video clips - including primary source documents and audio testimonies from former slaves.
After conducting research, students will showcase their knowledge by using the user-friendly, free website Sutori (formerly titled HSTRY). A link to step-by-step directions on creating a digital timeline using the website Sutori is included.
